Regency Ballroom

• 11,840 square feet

• Located in the Terrace Level.

• Can hold up to 1,000 attendees in banquet style.

• Multipurpose space; can be divided into Brickell, Flagler, Monroe, Tuttle, and Pre-function.

• Host large corporate events, conferences, celebrations (school functions, dances, prom, etc.) and Exhibits.

Tuttle

• 3,520 square feet

• Located in the Terrace Level.

• Can hold up to 240 attendees in banquet style.

• Multipurpose space; meeting room can be divided into:

    - Tuttle North (1,188 sq. ft.)

    - Tuttle South (1,188 sq. ft.)

    - Tuttle Center (1,144 sq. ft.)

• Ideal for smaller meetings or breakouts.

Monroe

• 2,400 square feet

• Located in the Terrace Level.

• Can hold 180 attendees in banquet style.

• Ideal for small corporate conferences, smaller exhibits, meetings, general sessions, or receptions

Flagler

• 2,400 square feet

• Located in the Terrace Level.

• Can hold 180 attendees in banquet style.

• Ideal for small corporate conferences, smaller exhibits, meetings, general sessions, or receptions

Brickell

• 3,520 square feet

• Located in the Terrace Level.

• Can hold 240 attendees in banquet style.

• Multipurpose space; meeting room can be divided into:

    - Brickell North (1,188 sq. ft.)

    - Brickell South (1,188 sq. ft.)

    - Brickell Center (1,144 sq. ft.)

• Ideal for smaller meetings or breakouts

Orchid

• 3,134 square feet

• Located in the Terrace Level, across from the Regency Ballroom.

• Stunning view to the Miami River

• Can hold 190 attendees in banquet style.

• Multipurpose space; meeting room can be divided into:

    - Orchid A (602 sq. ft.)

    - Orchid B (679 sq. ft.)

    - Orchid C (1,179 sq. ft.)

    - Orchid D (674 sq. ft.)

• Ideal for small meetings, breakouts, and client’s office

Azalea

• 621 square feet

• Located in the Terrace Level, near the Executive & Sales/Events Department.

• Can hold 40 attendees in banquet style.

• Multipurpose space; meeting room is divided into:

    - Azalea A (299 sq. ft.)

    - Azalea B (322 sq. ft.)

• Ideal for client’s office, storage area, small boardrooms and small conference calls

Gardenia

• 976 square feet

• Located in the Terrace Level, near the Azalea meeting room and across the Hibiscus meeting spaces.

• Can hold 60 attendees in banquet style.

• Multipurpose space; meeting room is divided into:

    - Gardenia A (304 sq. ft.)

    - Gardenia B (320 sq. ft.)

    - Gardenia C (352 sq. ft.)

• Ideal for client’s office, small boardrooms, small breakouts, small boxed Lunch/ staff meals and small meetings

Hibiscus

• 2,754 square feet

• Located in the Terrace Level, across from the Gardenia Meeting space.

• Can hold 160 attendees in banquet style.

• Multipurpose space; meeting room is divided into:

    - Hibiscus A (1,275 sq. ft.)

    - Hibiscus B (1,479 sq. ft.)

• Ideal for breakouts, meetings, working breakfast/Lunch, or conferences

Jasmine

• 4,185 square feet

• Located in the Terrace Level.

• Can hold 350 attendees in banquet style

• Ideal for corporate conferences, smaller exhibits, meeting, general session, receptions, or boardrooms

Japengo

• 1,632 square feet

• Located in the Lobby Level, near the registration desk.

• This meeting space is unique because it once was a restaurant.

• It has a cozy and private atmosphere.

• Ideal for small meetings with a small breakout, client’s office, or hospitality rooms
